This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
If you contact us, the message goes from your own email app to hello@guerrillabuild.com. We only receive what you choose to send, use it to reply, and keep it only as long as the conversation needs it.
Club Assistant answers questions on the WhatsApp number of a club or business that uses it. That business decides why and how your messages are handled, so it is the controller of that data. We run the assistant on its behalf, as its processor. The business relies on its own legal basis, usually its interest in answering the questions people send it, or steps you ask for before signing up.
When you message such a number, we process your phone number, the content of your messages and when they were sent. We use them only to answer your question on behalf of that business and to show the conversation to the business, for example in its WhatsApp Business app. The first answer in a conversation tells you that you are talking to an automated assistant.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share it between businesses or use it to train AI models.
To run Club Assistant we rely on Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which delivers the messages; Supabase, which hosts the software and the conversation log; and Anthropic, whose AI model writes each answer from the business’s own information. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We store phone numbers only as a salted one-way hash, never as the number itself. Entries in the conversation log are deleted automatically once they are older than 90 days.
Your conversation also remains in the business’s own WhatsApp Business app, under that business’s control, and WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms.
You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object to its use. For a conversation with a business, you can contact that business or us directly.
To have your Club Assistant conversations deleted, email hello@guerrillabuild.com with the phone number you used. We delete the matching log entries within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
We update this notice when our services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
