Today. Pulse. You. One connected perspective.
Sleep in one app. Notes in another. Personal records somewhere else. You collect the pieces, but seeing them together takes work. Hest explores what a calmer, more connected personal view could feel like.
The HELD mobile design gives that idea three views: Today for the small details of daily life, Pulse for a longer view of your entries, and You for personal context. The concept grows out of a working personal dashboard and brings its thinking into a focused iOS experience.
A tangible mobile direction you can explore here with example data. Try the screens and add a sample check-in to see it appear in Pulse. The iOS companion is in development; the preview demonstrates the experience, not a medical assessment or a released app.
